For all machines, the conversion of speed, torque and direction of rotation depends on the comparatively small components. So that you can optimally support your customers in the event of a gearbox damage, the GRANIT range includes all common gearbox variants from the original manufacturer Bondioli and Pavesi or as high-quality and attractively priced alternatives from the GRANIT own brand:

But we also supply specific special gear units according to customer specifications to OE manufacturers of construction, municipal and agricultural machinery. Thanks to their closed housing, all of our gearboxes are insensitive to dust and emissions and, thanks to their oil lubrication, are extremely effective and powerful. In addition, they are characterised by a particularly high degree of efficiency.

Bondioli and Pavesi was the first company in Italy to launch a complete drive system for the agricultural machinery sector. The quality of the gearboxes of this internationally successful company is based to a large extent on its focus on the needs of its customers. In the GRANIT range you will find angular gear units with cast aluminium or grey cast iron housing, multifunctional and spur gear units as well as scraper floor gear units with a receptacle for hydraulic motors and hollow shafts with a diameter of 25 to 60 mm from the Italian manufacturer.

GRANIT’s own brand gearboxes are also available with cast aluminium housings. Due to their lightweight design, they are primarily suitable for small drive powers from 2 kW to 25 kW. They can be used for general drives, such as mulchers, sweepers and fertiliser spreaders. Our gearboxes with grey cast iron housing are heavier and therefore more stable and create drive powers between 22 kW and 96 kW. They are suitable for use in bush chippers and concrete mixers, for example. The GRANIT scraper floor gearboxes are particularly recommended for manure spreaders and silage transport vehicles.
