The German manufacturer Carl Sülberg is best known for their mower fingers, which are installed on machines from numerous well-known manufacturers. Over 100 years of experience in the production of steel fingers guarantee consistently high quality. This level of expertise is something we wanted to incorporate into the GRANIT range. That’s why we offer high-quality OEM double fingers for different brands and machines, as well as different soil types and materials. They also enable fast blade changes, thereby minimising downtimes.
These double fingers forged from high-quality steel are particularly durable and can withstand even the highest loads. Manufactured by experienced blacksmiths in Germany, they enable precise blade guidance and an optimum, even cutting pattern. The subsequent heat treatment – during which the steel is carbonitrided and induction hardened – makes the double fingers hard and robust. In addition, the well thought-out construction of each individual mower finger with a predetermined breaking point prevents bending. This prevents serious damage and reduces downtimes.
