ONLINE TRAINING FROM THE GRANIT ACADEMY
Due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases, the majority of training courses are currently being offered online.
As a result of the increasing number of infections and tighter government restrictions, the GRANIT Academy has decided to offer part of its 2020/21 training programme online. This means that, despite the restrictions imposed as a result of the pandemic, we can help specialist workshops broaden their knowledge while guaranteeing the safety of all participants.
The GRANIT Academy is able to offer about 50 percent of training courses online. As things currently stand, all other training courses will unfortunately have to be cancelled up to and including January 2021. If you are interested, we still recommend registering. We will inform you promptly whether a training course is taking place online or in person. We will assess whether the training courses are able to go ahead based on the situation at the time. Course participants and anyone interested in the training programme can find up-to-date information in the GRANIT webshop.
To participate in the online training courses, all participants will receive login details via email after registering. This type of training creates a virtual classroom that invites discussions and questions. Sharing practical knowledge, for example using visual aids, will also play an important role in the online format.
This means that information about new trends and innovative technologies can still be communicated despite the different circumstances. The new GRANIT Academy training programme for 2020/21 covers all relevant topics for the agricultural and construction machinery trade. A total of 96 training courses cover the areas of electrical, air conditioning and diesel technology, as well as hydraulic systems, garden and forestry technology, plus business management and communication.
New topics such as irrigation in the gardening and landscaping sector, plus the latest battery technology, highlight increasingly important fields for specialist workshops. The Jaltest advanced training course is aimed directly at users of modern multi-brand diagnostics for tractors and harvesters.
The GRANIT Academy carries out all training courses with qualified specialists, some of them directly from the manufacturer or in collaboration with the chamber of commerce and industry, the Braunschweig-Lüneburg-Stade chamber of trade, the TÜV Rheinland, the VDBUM, the DEULA or other training institutions. This ensures that the content is continuously adapted to reflect the latest technology, changing legislation and new trends, and can be used in practice.
